It is always exciting for us to work with Mr. Ainur from Tegar Coffee Farm every year.
After our success working to improve the flavours from his coffee, this year we decided to put more effort into it to make the cup become even better. Still using the Hermetic-sealed process approach, we decided to extend the fermentation time again.
With the cold temperature in Mt. Bromo, we are able to push the fermentation hours and yet still managed to avoid any fermenty flavours. In fact, this coffee is a banget very intense in the citric notes.
In the cup expect an intense citrusy cup with notes of navel orange, plum, brown sugar.
