Espresso - Aceh Gayo Avatara Project - Carbonic Maceration Natural Abbysinia

This year Gayo Avatara is back in our offerings to mark our 4th year buying coffee from Mr. Hendra of Gayo Avatara.

To start, we are releasing two coffee from our 2025 buying.

The second one is this Single Varietal Abbysinia processed as a carbonic maceration natural. Mr. Hendra's approach to Carbonic Maceration has become a signature process coming from his team.

The unique abbysinia variety combined with Mr. Hendra's Carbonic Maceration resulting into a very sweet coffee with subtle fruitiness and completed with a comforting acidity.

In the cup you can expect notes of Apple, Papaya, Red Stonefruits, and Cantaloupe Sweetness
