Espresso - West Java Rancabali Buninagara - Anaerobic Natural

Every year, we aim to expand our sourcing network to highlight local gems from farms across Indonesia.

One of them that we found is this coffee from Mr. Tomy from Kopi Samboga in Rancabali, West Java.

Although we have released coffee from Rancabali few years ago, but it have been sometimes since that moment.

This year, we're so excited to start our partnership with Mr. Tomy. It all started with a DM from him asking to send samples of his coffee. Long story short, we ended up buying his anaerobic natural lot.

This coffee is so sweet with a soft medium intensity and very clean for an anaerobic natural coffee.

Expect notes of soft citrus, cranberry, soft peach, and maple syrup. If you're lucky you may also find notes of cherry there.
