This year, we are happy to announce our newest partnership with Chairuan from Java Origins.
While we have known Uan for some time from his previous works, from last year Uan have been teasing us with his processing works.
So this year, when he came to our studio and invite us to cup his coffee, we know we wanted to work with him. In some ways, we share the same vision to always keep improving our crafts.
This coffee is his typica lot. Processed as an anaerobic natural and dried slowly on a raised bed. The result is a coffee with soft fruitiness and slight florality as the result from the variety.
In the cup expect notes of cranberry, soft jasmine, orange, and nectarinne.
