This time we are back with another coffee from Walida Co-Operative managed by Mr. Muhlisin.

The lot that we are presenting with you is their carbonic maceration natural lot in a fresh cherry condition.

For us this coffee are a form of a fruit platter! So complex, vibrant, and refreshing as a result of the carbonic-maceration process.

Our recommendation for this coffee is to enjoy it as a split shot with 3oz as the milk-based and as an iced long black/ americano for a perfect thirst quencher in the afternoon.
