After succesfully launching this coffee during our Great Coffee tour in December, we are back to launch this coffee again for you.
This coffee comes from Finca Don Obar and it's a result of a collaboration between two friends Mr. Eka Teguh and Mr. Dodi Ganjar.
That's why they named this lot as Niskala lot. Mr. Dodi provides with the yeast needed and Mr. Eka grown and process the coffee.
The lot that we pick comes from the 70% Typica lot that is resulting into a lighter body yet very sweet coffee with a floral finish as a trait of the typical variety.
In the cup expect notes of white stonefruits, blackcurrant tea, with a floral finish.
