Ribang Gayo is back!
The 2025 harvest is perhaps the cleanest and sweetest harvest we ever tried since our first year working with them. The fermentation level this year is just nice, still showing a lot of flavours from the unique terroir in Aceh Gayo.
In the cup expect a citrusy cup with notes of tangerine, apricot, and soft pineapple.
