Mid last year. we had the opportunity to visit Tsani from Sixty Percent Coffee in his processing facility in Mt. Kamojang, West Java. We have been working with Tsani for about 5 years now, and we really like how he turns his idealism into flavours.
During our 2 days stay in his facility, Tsani took us to visit his personal farm, which happen to be our favourite plot so far. In this farm, Tsani grow mostly yellow and red bourbon.
Long story short, after our visit, Tsani reached out to us telling us he was processing the last few kgs of coffee cherries from this lot with a DRD (dark room drying) as the final stage. During our visit, most of the coffee that shine on his table was all his DRD coffee. It even stuns our visitor during the Jakarta Coffee Week last year.
So, here you go. A flight of Tsani's DRD coffee. In this flight you will get 3x100g of 3 different process all with DRD as the finishing stage: supernatural DRD, carbonic-maceration natural DRD, and nitrogen-maceration natural DRD.
This is the only chance to taste all coffee together as we dont have more of it due to the low harvest quantity. They are really-really good and elegant coffee.
