One of the coffee that we commision to our partner in Mekarwangi is this yeast-anaerobic washed process.
For this coffee, the cherry went through an anaerobic condition while in cherry condition with an additional yeast to increase it's sweetness and mouthfeel.
The result is an incredibly smooth and sweet coffee considering it is a washed process.
Expect notes of blackberries, apple, and plum in the cup.
