Our last and final coffee from the 2025 harvest is this beautiful Typica processed by Mr. Eka Teguh from Finca Don Obar.
This Typica was grown in Gunung Jaya or Jaya Mountain in Garut, West Java. It's a full typica lot hence the tea-like and flowery characteristics in the cup and processed as a carbonic maceration natural to add more depth and complexity to the cup.
In the cup expect a delicate coffee with notes of white stonefrutis, aromatics of white floral, and mandarine orange.
