This particular coffee is a part of our Kamojang Tsani Dark Room collection, and perhaps it's the most fun out of three coffee that we present in that flight.

This coffee comes from Blok Cikaro. A plot of land owned by Tsani and his family. The land size is not too big, and we're very lucky Tsani brought us into this farm during our visit last year.

In that plot of land, Tsani only grow red and yellow bourbon hence the flavours of coffee from this plot is slightly different compared to other Tsani's lot. Then, Tsani processed this coffee as a carbonic maceration natural with a dark room drying (Tsani's newest innovations).

We were mindblown everytime we cup this coffee, and we hope you will feel it too!
