Initially, we sourced this coffee with the intention to release it for our espresso line-up only.
Untill one day, our team try to roast it for filter, and turns out to result was pretty interesting.
One word to describe this coffee: comfort.
It's not an experimental process, just a straightforward traditional natural coffee from Bali with it's berry like fruitiness and brown sugar finish. Not too intense, but not delicate too. Just nice, a happy medium.

Collective Project©
This coffee comes from our Collective Project© which is a project that we started with intention to bring more quantity to the farmer by buying their more mass produced lots.
If your usual coffee from us were dried on a raised bed or were processed using a more advanced processing techniques, the collective project coffee are in a way more classic and traditional.
These coffee are usually dried on a patio or were fermented in a shorter amount of time.
As usual, we don't compensate on quality. We pick these lots using the same standard like when we are buying the microlots or the more modern coffee, and then we are utilizing our state-of-the-art optical colour sorter and destoner to remove the impurities and making coffee from our collective projects becoming more consistent and cleaner.
We believe, by launching this project we could bring more value not just to you and also to our partnering producers. Thank you for believing in this project.
