Another excelsa for you, and this time finally we could release this process for you.

This process was first adopted by us 3 years ago based on one of the experiments did by Mr. Rainaldi and then we share this coffee for our friend for his WBrC run in Chicago. Long story short, he finished 3rd with our coffee as a part of his blends.

After several years, finally this year we are offered this coffee by Mr. Rainaldi again and we secured the last 5kgs of this coffee.

It's here for you, and from our QC this coffee is slightly different from all the past excelsa that we bought from Mr. Rainaldi. It got a complex acidity yet still maintaining that sugarcane-like sweentess in the cup.

It's our only batch, and we hope you will enjoy it!
