This coffee perhaps is the best interpretation of coffee from Mt. Argopuro we ever tasted over the course of 6 years buying from them.

This lot comes from Damarkandan, a plot of land that sits higher in elevation compared to other farms that supply the coffee cherries into Pokmas Walida, and for this coffee the Pokmas Walida team sorted only the pink coloured cherries believed to be a pink bourbon grown in Damarkandang.

For the process, it's a part of their new processing method called waterflow CM which involves submerging a tank flushed with CO2 with a circulating water to keep the temperature fermentation low enough for a more delicate aromatic compound to develop and then dried inside Pokmas Walida's newest dark-room drying facility for a more controlled drying.

The result is an aromatic coffee with notes of purple florals, stonefruits, finished with a berries-like flavour.
