At Onward, we wanted to be as user friendly as possible.

Therefore, we have split our coffee into 3 colour categories for our filter profile coffee depending on our cupping session and what kind of spectrums that we got.

Our colour categories are:

• Yellow - a fruit forward coffee, more complex acidity, process driven coffee.
• Green - a more comfortable fruits, slighty higher sweetness, medium and round body.
• Blue - an elegant cup. med to low body, floral-tea like with a balancing sweetness.

That's how we wanted to help you find the right cup. However we strongly suggest you to do an exploration. Sometimes you'll be surprised to see what the coffee has to offer to you. It might change your preference.
