Here you could find a copy of our brewing guide that we send out with your coffee. In case you missed it, or it doesnt arrive in a good condition.

- First: Decanting.

We recommend you to open your coffee bags one-day prior to brewing. Simply open it for a few seconds and close it again. You're good to go on the next day.

- Second: Water.

Please always use mineral water to brew our coffee. We recommend mineral water with range of 50-70ppm with a low bicarbonate to brew our coffee.

- Third: The Recipe.

13 G Coffee / 200 G Water

Instruction:

1st Pour - 0.00 - 40 G Water

2nd Pour - 0.35 - 60 G Water

3rd Pour - 1.10 - 50 G Water

4rd Pour - 1.45 - 50 G Water

Finish: 2.10-2.40
